What Makes Empowerment Different?
Parents often tell us they're looking for more than just a place where their child completes assignments. At Empowerment Leadership Academy, students experience:
Small class sizes with individualized support
Personalized learning plans
Strong teacher relationships
Leadership development woven into the school day
Executive functioning and organizational skill building
Writing and communication integrated across subjects
Real-world learning experiences every Friday
A safe, supportive environment where students are challenged, supported, honored, and empowered
Our goal is for students to leave each day not only academically stronger, but also more confident, capable, and prepared to lead in whatever path they choose.
